We offer designing, installation and technology support for the heating system of  vacuum furnace, pressure furnace, retort and the intermediate frequency furnace. We also reconstruct the heating system of various imported high temperature furnace like PVA, LD furnace. customized products are also available.

 

Product Characteristics
The special graphite heating components which used in the high temperature furnace, its temperature can be reached 2200 degree at vacuum environment and 3000 degree in the deoxidize and inertia air environment.
It has the uniformity heating structure, good electrical conductivity and high electrical load, resistance causticity, inoxidizability, high chemical purity and machine intension. The advantage is energy efficient, high value, low maintenance.
